If you’re an ambitious business with a product or service that you know people want; a track record of selling it and a desire to expand your business and reach new customers then this new, practical, peer-learning programme is for you.

Welcome to the Route to Market Accelerator!

What it is

An intense, 6-session, mastermind programme that takes place over 8 months, in which you build concrete, actionable plans for entering 2 new markets.

By the end of session 1 you’ll know what return to expect on your investment.   By the end of session 5 you’ll have your plans in place.   By the end of the programme you’ll be confident in your ability to implement those plans.

Make no mistake, this will be hard work, and you’ll be doing most of the hard work yourself.

We’ll make you think hard and commit to concrete actions.   You’ll be working on your plans at each session and in between sessions too.

But you won’t be alone.

You’ll work in a cohort of up to 10 business owners like yourself, learning from them and helping them in return.   And you’ll be supported throughout by experienced, practical business people who’ve created this productive and proactive programme of half-day sessions to fit around everything you already do and still deliver the momentum you need to move forwards.

What it costs

£2,400 including VAT per attendee, payable up front.

The least that will happen is that you will have strengthened your current business and explored new market possibilities.   What we’re aiming for is that we will have set you on the road to the profitable exploitation of at least one new market for your business.

Who we are

RTM Accelerator is a collaboration between Gail Williams and Kirsten Gibbs – proactive, practical and result-oriented business advisers who’ve been friends for several years.   We’ve created the RTM Accelerator to fill the gap left by the demise of government funded programmes such as GrowthAccelerator and Passport to Export.

The Application Process

Step 1: Get in touch to start the process.

Gail or Kirsten will call you to find out more about you, your business and your ambitions, and whether the programme could be right for you.

Step 2: Attend one of our taster sessions.

We run regular taster workshops, where you can see what it feels like to learn and share with business people like yourself, and where you can get a taste of working with Gail and Kirsten.  A maximum of 8 businesses will be able to attend each session.

Our next taster sessions will be on 28th July and the 18th August at Eastgate, Springhead Parkway, Gravesend, Kent DA11 8AD.  Eastgate is a bright modern centre that is easily accessible from the A2.

Step 3: Book a one-to-one session with Gail or Kirsten.

We want you to be sure that you’ll get real value from attending this programme, so once you’ve had a taste of what we offer, we’ll delve deeper into what you want to achieve in your business; the challenges you face; the resources you can muster and how you will make time for the demands of this programme.   If we don’t think you’re ready, we’ll tell you.

Step 4: Book onto your chosen programme and pay.

The first programme is due to start on 1st September this year.

Thereafter we’ll run 2 programmes a year, starting September and February, as long as we have a workable cohort.

Once you’ve booked your programme, we’ll need payment in full to confirm your place.
